Class Mailing Lists
Information Systems and Computing (ISC) in collaboration with the Office of the Registrar provides
e-mail mailing list services for all courses taught in the following Schools:
- Graduate School of Education
- School of Design
- School of Nursing
- School of Arts and Sciences
- School of Engineering and Applied Science
- School of Social Policy and Planning
- School of Veterinary Medicine
- The Law School
- The Wharton School
Course e-mail lists, or Classlists, provide a quick, convenient, and easy method of
communication between Instructors and students. When a Instructor needs to communicate with their course's students, an email message sent to the Classlist address will be automatically distributed to all registered students of the class.
A Classlist is automatically
created for every class that is registered in the Student Records System for each participating school. The mailing list software that is used as the underlying mail delivery engine is L-Soft's LISTSERV .
