Penn IT Staff Convention Draws Nearly 300

Nearly 300 IT professionals from all 12 Schools and 17 other Penn organizations and Centers attended the 7th Annual Penn IT Staff Convention. Wharton Computing hosted this year’s event held at Huntsman Hall. The convention features presentations and panel discussion on topics such as cloud computing, mobile technology, social media, and many more led by members of the Penn IT community. The convention gives Penn’s IT employees an opportunity to gather, share information, and learn from each other to improve IT communication and knowledge across campus. This year's event was a great success with a 15% increase in attendance over last year, and planning is already under way for next year's edition!
