ISC has coordinated an agreement with lynda.com, the on-line video learning service, for faculty and/or staff of eight Schools (Annenberg, GSE, Dental, SEAS, Law, Nursing, SP2, Wharton) and six centers (President, Provost, College Houses & Academic Services, VPUL, Library, and ISC). With computer technology constantly changing, lynda.com provides a convenient way to keep skills up to date. Lynda.com offers more than 1200 different courses and more than 70,000 tutorials on a wide range of computer skills, including topics such as Microsoft Office, Google Analytics, databases, web design, and more. Courses come in 3-5 minute tutorial segments to make it easy to slip training into your busy schedule and lynda.com is adding videos almost daily. Schools and Centers can enroll in the service at the cost of $15/per year/per person when covering their total FTE. Individuals can subscribe for $25/month or $250/year.
