New ATLAS Advancement Tool Introduced

On December 13, 2004, the Advancement Project introduced ATLAS, a new tool designed to assist the University's Advancement (development) community in their fundraising and friend-raising efforts at the University. ATLAS features customizable, web-based access to vital advancement resources, including:

  • Presidential Letters and Research Profiles
  • News clippings
  • Fundraising metrics
  • Advancement policies, research tools, and financial forms
  • The new Advancement staff directory
  • Full-text search capability for all ATLAS documents

For more secure access to information, ATLAS uses PennKey authentication, and requires user training prior to user authorization.

The Project is a joint effort of Development and Alumni Relations, ISC, and the Treasurer's Office. General information on ATLAS and the Advancement Project is located on the project web site at:
