This table provides the values from the aid year based user defined field from Banner. The source table allows for over 300 values to be entered by Financial Aid staff.

The warehouse Financial Aid User Defined By Aid Year (dwngss_pf.fa_user_defined_by_aidy) table is refreshed in batch mode from the Operational Data Store (ODS), which gets its data from the Banner database. The UPENN_ODS source tables are SATURN_SPRIDEN and FAISMGR_ROBUSDF.

• The column names correspond with the source field. They are listed as VALUE_1, VALUE_2, VALUE_3. You will have to know which field you need. Documentation and the Business Objects Universe will only display fields that were previously identified as needed during the documentation process. Additional fields/values may be active and being used by the Financial Aid staff.
