Cautions
- Work Request Notes are entered by FRES mechanics using mobile devices in the field. (Extra description information, which is different from Notes, is entered by customers using the FacilityFocus Web Portal, and is available in the WORK_REQUEST_EXTRA_DESC table.) Work Request Notes are available from April 2011 and on.
- For notes associated with a particular phase of the work request, refer to the WORK_REQUEST_PHASE_NOTES table.
- The WORK_REQUEST_NOTES table is stored in the DWFS schema in the Data Warehouse.
