Cautions
- Extra description information is entered by customers using the FacilityFocus Web Portal. (Work Request Notes, which are different from the extra description, are entered by FRES mechanics using mobile devices in the field, and are available in the WORK_REQUEST_NOTES table.) .
- For comments associated with a particular phase of the work request, refer to the WORK_REQUEST_PHASE_EXTRA_DESC table.
- The WORK_REQUEST_EXTRA_DESC Table is stored in the DWFS schema in the Data Warehouse.
