When you ask for a list of all members subscribed to your class, you will receive a list that includes:
students subscribed by extracting data from the Data Warehouse (Pennant)
members subscribed through this Web interface
students for whom the Pennant System is unable to provide an email address
Preceding the listing of each student who had an email problem is a 2-letter code that helps to explain why the
student's email address is missing. The codes that can appear are:

Solution
NR
The student has no record in the Pennant System.
The student should go to their school's computing center to either apply for an email address or find out why their
existing email address has not been set in the Pennant System.
BE
The student has a record in the Pennant System but the email address field is blank.
Full time students need to update their email address entries themselves in the Pennant System. Help for the Pennant
System can be obtained by sending an email
