Cautions
- WORKDAY_ROLES_SECURITY is secured by center, and is available only to Access Administrators, for the center(s) in their area of responsibility. Access Administrators will be able to view records in this table for any individuals whose primary position school/center is in their area of responsibility.
- In Workday, users are granted access to specific Supervisory Organizations and/or Academic Units. To determine the 4-digit ORG_CODEs to which these assignments correspond, join to the reference tables for academic units or supervisory organizations noted above. Some of these units or organizations may be parents of others, resulting in the user having access to the parent and all its children.
- The WORKDAY_ROLES_SECURITY table is stored in the DWHCM schema in the Data Warehouse.
