• Academic Units are related to, but distinct from, Workday Supervisory Organizations and BEN Financials ORG codes.
• Data is kept only for the latest mapping of the units and their parents.
• Keep in mind that this is the latest information about academic units rollups - the HCM_PARENT_ACADEMIC UNIT table does not keep longitudinal history. Historical snapshots of this information are available in the HCM_PARE_ACAD_UNIT_SNAP table, beginning with the JUL-19 period.
• The HCM_PARENT_ACADEMIC_UNIT table can be found in the DWHCM schema.
