You probably do not have permission to use the full editor. Please contact the folks in ISC (da-staff@isc.upenn.edu) to have them check on your access. If you did not originally request editing level access when you submitted your access request form, you will need to submit an updated form. (Note that for some data collections, access may depend on prerequisite data training.)

If you have the correct access level permission, but nothing happens when you try to edit, there are a couple of things you can ask your local support provider to check for you:

1. Make sure you are using a supported version of the browser, and a supported version of java. See the Query Tools page for details.
