• Doctoral students have up to seven committee members; five of them must be affiliated with the University of Pennsylvania. In SRS, the Penn and non-Penn faculty and advisors can be distinguished positionally. No such sequence order is maintained in the data warehouse. Non-Penn committee members will not have an SSN nor a PennID. They will, however, have data in the Committee_Member_Name column. Their name will be the text exactly as it was entered on SRS screen 146.
