Explanation

Lookup table. College Houses are used to group students in communities at the University. This table contains no student data - its purpose is to provide the codes and the associated descriptive names.

Common Uses

  • Displaying the actual name of a College House instead of the code that appears in one of the Related Tables. ("Don't show the codes in the report. Show the English instead.")
