Explanation

This is a validation table, containing the values and descriptions for the type of classification level of a course.

Some examples of Course Classification level: 1 - Introductory, 2 - Intermediate, 3 - Advanced,
4 - Graduate

The warehouse V_CRSE_CCSL table is refreshed in batch mode from the Operational Data Store (ODS), which gets its data from the Banner database. The UPENN_ODS source table is SATURN_STVCCSL.

Cautions and notes

• This "classification level" should not be confused with the LEVEL Code associated with courses and students. See V_LEVEL
