ST ENROLLMENT LEVEL table

(dwngss_ps.st_enrlmnt_level)

Explanation

When students enroll in course sections, there is a default level to which that enrollment applies. Once that enrollment record is graded and moves to Academic History, it can be "pointed" to other levels. The student's level determines what transcript the course will appear on, and level also plays a role in the fulfillment of requirements in Degree Works.

An enrollment record can have one or multiple levels, once it is in Academic History. The ST_ENRLMNT_LEVEL table holds all of the levels related to each enrollment record.

Source

The warehouse ST_ENRLMNT_LEVEL table is refreshed in batch mode from the Operational Data Store (ODS), which gets its data from the Banner database. The ODS source table is SATURN_SHRTCKL. In the online Pennant system, the information about students' Academic Hisotry can be viewed on the SHATERM form.
