Lookup table for Classifications, which can be associated with a room or person.

1 = Incoming Freshman
2 = Transfer
3 = Returning Undergraduate
4 = Non-resident Undergraduate
5 = Undergraduate - LPS
6 = Undergraduate - Exchange
7 = New Graduate
8 = Returning Graduate
9 = Other
10 = SPGA
11 = Faculty/Staff

Report on data as it appeared in StarRez at end-of-day yesterday.

• The classification field on the entry record is updated daily for active students. There are rules to determine how housing assignments wants to classify a student, the rules are different from what SRS may use. Ex. A new student may be first classified as a freshman the spring prior to their arrival, but starting late December/January, housing may want them classified as a returning-undergraduate in order for the student to be able to access the appropriate housing application process.
