Cautions
- Supervisory Organizations are not used to manage finances and financial responsibilities.
- Each supervisory organization will be assigned one manager. Managers may be assigned to more than one supervisory organization.
- Supervisory Organizations are related to, but distinct from, Workday Academic Units and BEN Financials ORG codes.
- Keep in mind that this is the latest information about supervisory organizations - the HCM_SUPERVISORY_ORG table does not keep longitudinal history. Historical snapshots of this information are available in the HCM_SUPE_ORG_SNAP table, beginning with the JUL-19 period.
- The HCM_SUPERVISORY_ORG table can be found in the DWHCM schema.
