• The HCM_PERSON_ADDRESS table contains records for Workers (employees and contingent workers) and Academic Affiliates managed in Workday. Data will be most complete for Workers, and several columns will be null for Affiliates.
• There will be one row per person, with up to 9 address line columns and with columns for each field for the various address types.
• Keep in mind that this is the latest information about an individual with records managed by Workday - the HCM_PERSON_ADDRESS table does not keep longitudinal history. Historical snapshots of this information are available in the HCM_PERS_ADDR_SNAP table, beginning with the JUL-19 period.
• You can access an HCM_PERSON_ADDRESS row only if you are authorized to access data for the individual's Pri_Penn_Cost_Center.
• The HCM_PERSON_ADDRESS table can be found in the DWHCM schema.
