HCM_JOB_FAMILY Table

Explanation
Contains information about Workday Job Profiles, which form Job Families and Family Groups. To support reporting and analysis in the Data Warehouse, Job Profiles are categorized with Personnel Class, and, where appropriate Faculty Class.

Common Uses
Displaying a job title, rather than the Job_Profile code that appears in a related table; categorizing employees by grade or by one of the other categories (e.g. Personnel_Class or Faculty_Class).
