Explanation
Contains the results of applicants' self identification of gender, race, disability, and veteran status information.

Common Uses
Analysis of equal employment opportunity (EEO) information, for internal and external required as well as adhoc reporting.

Cautions

  • IFFS_APPLICATION_EEO_V contains information about applicants for faculty and related positions. Once an applicant has been selected and hired into a position, the most current information about that individual can be found in the DWHCM.HCM_PERSON_V and DWHCM.HCM_PERSON_RACE_ETHNICITY tables, which are updated nightly from Workday.
  • IFFS_APPLICATION_EEO_V is a view of the IFFS_APPLICATION_FORM table designed to facilitate EEO reporting and analysis.
  • You can access an IFFS_APPLICATION_EEO_V row only if you are authorized to access data for the organizational unit associated with the position associated with the application. In addition, you can view data in the various racial descriptor columns and the Hispanic_Latino column only if you are authorized to view race/ethnicity data in the Warehouse. Similarly, you can see values in the Disability and Veteran columns only if you have access to military/disability data in the Warehouse.
  • The IFFS_APPLICATION_EEO_V table can be found in the DWFAC schema.
