WR_PROBLEM_CODE Indexed - yes Format - varchar2(5) May be null? no	A code which helps define the situation involved in the request for work. Facility Focus source: ae_p_phs_e.problem_code
WR_PROBLEM_CODE_DESC Indexed - no Format - varchar2(40) May be null? yes	The description which corresponds to the Problem Code. Facility Focus source: ae_p_prb_e.problem_desc
WR_SHOP Indexed - no Format - varchar2(15) May be null? yes	The department to which the work request was assigned. Examples are shops include plumbing, painter and roofer. Facility Focus source: ae_p_prb_e.shop
WR_WORK_CODE Indexed - no Format - varchar2(15) May be null? yes	An identifier of the kind of work to be performed, such as core change, filters, etc. It is the granularity of a skilled set or craft. Facility Focus source: ae_p_prb_e.craft_code
