How do I purge the data from a report?

To purge the data from a report do the following:

1. Select the Data Access tab > Data Providers sub-tab > Click the Purge  button.

The message "Are you sure you want to purge the data from the document?" is displayed in a dialog box.

2. Check the Purge last selected prompt values box if it appears in the dialog box.

To purge data contained in any user prompts from the last time the report was run.

3. Click Yes.

4. Click the Save  button on the toolbar.
