HIST_KEY Indexed - yes Format - number May be null? no	Unique system-assigned key that identifies an historical policy name record.
POL_KEY Indexed - yes Format - number May be null? yes	Unique system-assigned key that identifies an expense policy.
POLICY_NAME Indexed - no Format - varchar2(64) May be null? yes	Name that historically identified the expense policy
POLICY_NAME_LAST_MODIFIED Indexed - no Format - date May be null? yes	Date on which the policy name history record was last updated.
