CTRY_SUB_CODE Indexed - no Format - char(1) May be null? yes	Unique code identifying a country subdivision (e.g., State, Province, Region).
CTRY_CODE Indexed - yes Format - number May be null? no	Unique 2-character ISO code-that identifies a country.
CTRY_SUB_CODE_NAME Indexed - no Format - date May be null? yes	Name of the country subdivision.
CTRY_SUB_LAST_MODIFIED Indexed - no Format - varchar2(64) May be null? yes	Date on which the country subdivision record was last modified.
CTRY_SUBNAME_LAST_MODIFIED Indexed - no Format - varchar2(64) May be null? yes	Date on which the country subdivision name record was last modified.
IS_DELETED Indexed - no Format - char(1) May be null? yes	Indicates whether the country subdivision record has been deleted from Concur.
