COUNTRY_LAST_MODIFIED Indexed - no Format - date May be null? yes	Date on which the country record was last modified.
COUNTRY_NAME Indexed - yes Format - varchar2(64) May be null? yes	Name of the country.
COUNTRY_NAME_LAST_MODIFIED Indexed - no Format - date May be null? yes	Date on which the country name record was last modified.
CTRY_CODE Indexed - yes Format - char(2) May be null? no	Unique 2-character ISO code-that identifies a country.
DISTANCE_UNIT_CODE Indexed - no Format - varchar2(64) May be null? yes	Unit in which distance in the country is typically measured (e.g., KM or MILE).
IS_DELETED Indexed - no Format - char(1) May be null? yes	Indicates whether the country record has been deleted from Concur.
NUM_CODE Indexed - no Format - char(3) May be null? yes	Numeric ISO code that identifies a country.
