WORKSHEET_COMMENT Table

Explanation

Contains the comments entered by advisors, or system-generated comments, that pertain to the entire worksheet. Line-specific comments that pertain to just one requirement line are stored in the REQUIREMENT table.

Common Uses

• Find all the comments entered by a specific advisor.
• Find all the comments entered in the worksheets for a specified group of students.

Cautions

• If an official Worksheet is deleted online, the comments are also deleted. In the subsequent refresh of data to the warehouse, both the Worksheet and the related Worksheet_Comments rows will be removed.
• Comments can only be entered by authorized advisors, or by a system-generated message.
