WORKSHEET View

Explanation

View of the apw_worksheet table that provides the courses used, or planned to be used, by students to fulfill their degree requirements. Also shows the status of a requirement (fullfilled or not) and the comments of the approving advisor.

Common Uses

• Find all the worksheets for students who have not yet completed their Language Requirement. (see Cautions, below)
• Find all the uncompleted requirements for a specified group of seniors. (see Cautions, below)

Cautions

• If you need to determine what requirements a student has NOT completed (see 'Z' value in the Requirement_Status column), you must use the APW_REQUIREMENT_V view, and not the apw_requirement table.
• Only the schools participating in the Electronic Degree Planning and Audit Committee (EDPAC) are using the online worksheet. Within those participating schools, use of the online worksheet is optional. So you will not find a worksheet for every student in the Data Warehouse.
• While students can have multiple worksheets in InTouch, only Official worksheets from Advisor InTouch are loaded to the Data Warehouse. Students may have one Official worksheet per division/degree program. If an official worksheet is deleted in the online system, it will be removed in the next extract to the Data Warehouse. Students with only unofficial worksheets will not have a worksheet in the Data Warehouse.
• The worksheet data is only as good as what is entered in InTouch; use the data extracted from the worksheet and loaded to the warehouse with caution. While this data will be useful to graduation auditors, it is not advisable to use reports from the Worksheet data in the Data Warehouse to be the final determination of who is eligible to graduate.
