Cautions
- Although Transcript Honors appears on a term-related screen in SRS, the term is an attribute, and not a file key. Students can receive multiple honors, not all of which are stored on every term record in SRS. The term indicates the first term in which their honors became effective.
- This is a student data table, not a system decode table. Currently the data warehouse does not have a system decode table for transcript honors values. For the most current list of valid values, please consult the Student Records System, screen 119.
- Students can only be awarded up to 2 transcript honors per term, but they can, over their degree pursual, be awarded more than two transcript honors. The data elements Transcript_Honors1 and Transcript_Honors2 in the DEGREE_PURSUAL table will only list the honors that appear in the last degree term for the student. To see all honors, and to see the free-form text entered on the SRS Transcript in the "Honors" section, you must use this TRANSCRIPT_HONORS table.
