COURSE SECTION REG CONTROL Table

Explanation

Contains one row per registration control per course section ID per term. A course may have multiple registration controls in any given term. The registration controls and registration messages for the course section are entered on SRS screen 131. These controls determine all the restrictions and regulations related to course registration, for example, whether a course has a required co-requisite, or whether it can only be taken by freshmen, or whether it meets a particular graduation requirement. Common Uses

• Find the courses that have a specified Registration Control.
• Investigate courses that have changes in their Registration Controls from term to term
