Explanation

Lookup table for country codes. Contains the country code and a description.

Common Uses

  • Displaying the actual name of a country instead of the country code that appears in one of the Related Tables. ("Don't show the codes in the report. Show the English instead.")

Cautions

The codes used by this table come from the SRS Country Table.
To use the ISO codes standardized for federal reporting, you will need to use the cross-walk CCMAINT_ADMIN.LOCAL_SRS_CC to get the key to the CCMAINT_ADMIN.COUNTRY_CODES_MASTER table, where you will find the ISO codes.
