Cautions

• Contains one record per building/floor/room and month for each snapshot period. For cases in which the snapshot is for the 13th fiscal month, the CALENDAR_MONTH will be set to 13.
• For Health System buildings, the ROOM_CODE column contains the current Health System room code; the University room code is stored in ORIG_UP_ROOM_CODE, where it can be used for reporting on rooms historically.
• Contains historical rooms data; the ROOMS table is available to view current rooms data.
