Cautions

• Contains one record per building, room, occupying org, PI, program, function and month for each snapshot period. For cases in which the snapshot is for the 13th fiscal month, the CALENDAR_MONTH will be set to 13.
• Contains historical room utilization data; the ROOM_UTILIZATION table is available to view current room utilization data.
