Cautions
- Additional Pay distribution records, as stored in COMP_PAY_DISTRIBUTION, do not relate to role or job distributions established in PennWorks (stored in COMP_DISTRIBUTION) and subsequently processed by Payroll (and then stored in EMPLOYEE_DISTRIBUTION). Rather, COMP_PAY_DISTRIBUTION only houses amounts to be distributed for additional payments. Additional Pay distribution records are distinguished in COMP_PAY_DISTRIBUTION by the Comp_Pay_Person_ID and Distribution_COA_Number.
- Distribution Account segments for records that have not yet been finalized may appear with 'X' values as placeholders.
- You can access a COMP_PAY_DISTRIBUTION row only if you are authorized to access data for the employee's home center or organization, the Pay_Distribution_COA_ORG, or the Pay_Distribution_COA_Resp_ORG.
- The COMP_PAY_DISTRIBUTION table can be found in the DWCOMP schema.
