Cautions

  • COMP_CHANGE_LOG contains the history of PennWorks record changes from the point when PennWorks came into use in November 2009 until its retirement in June 2019. For the data elements that are manged by PennWorks and then fed to the mainframe Payroll system for processing, a similar change history of mainframe Payroll data elements is available in DWADMIN.PAYROLL_CHANGE_LOG. For employees with Payroll records prior to October 2009, and who were never managed by PennWorks, change history is available in the PAYROLL_CHANGE_LOG table only.
  • Individuals must first have access to the Salary Management collection in order to be authorized to view the COMP_CHANGE_LOG tables.
  • The COMP_CHANGE_LOG table can be found in the DWCOMP schema.
