You've spent a lot of time tweaking your selections in QlikView so that the app displays exactly the way you want with the information that you need. (See the green arrows) How can you save this configuration so that next month you can see the same data display updated? You use the bookmarking functionality for this.

1. Click the add bookmark icon (small grey star with a + sign) in the toolbar.
2. Fill out the appropriate information in the Add Bookmark dialog box and click OK.

 

Now that you have created the bookmark, all you need to do is select it the next time you access QlilView and you will see your screen view as previously established but with updated data.
