The warehouse V_VISA_TYPE table is refreshed in batch mode from the Operational Data Store (ODS), which gets its data from the Banner database. The UPENN_ODS source table is SATURN_STVVTYP.

Cautions and notes

• In the V_VISA_TYPE table, you will find 'PR' (permanent resident) and 'US' (now a US citizen). While 'PR' and 'US' are not technically visa types, they describe a student's status related to a previous visa they might have had.
