ST ENROLLMENT ATTRIBUTE table

(dwngss_ps.st_enrlmnt_attr)

Explanation

Attibutes are used on enrollment records for a variety of indications, for example: the types of requirements a courses can be used towards, whether the course is honors-eligible, first year students courses, etc.

An enrollment record can have no attributes, or one or more attributes. The attributes can be assigned before or after the record rolls to Academic History. The ST_ENRLMNT_ATTR table holds all of the attributes related to each enrollment record.

Source

The warehouse ST_ENRLMNT_ATTR table is refreshed in batch mode from the Operational Data Store (ODS), which gets its data from the Banner database. The ODS source tables are SATURN_SFRATTR for current enrollment records, and SATURN_SHRATTR for records in Academic History.

Common Uses

  • Find courses a student has taken that can be used to fulfill a sector or foundational requirement.
  • Find all students taking first-year courses.
  • Find students taking a Penn Global seminar.
