STUDENT EMERGENCY ADDRESS table

Explanation

Contains addresses and phone numbers of the student's designated emergency contacts. Should only be used for contacting someone in the event of an emergency. Does not contain the student's preferred method of contact -- see notes and cautions below.

The warehouse ST_EMERGENCY_ADDRESS table is refreshed in batch mode from the Operational Data Store (ODS), which gets its data from the Banner database. The ODS source tables are UPENN_ODS.SATURN_SPREMRG.

Cautions and notes

• For emergency contact purposes only.
• The ST_EMERGENCY_ADDRESS table does not provide the information needed for finding the student in an emergency. This table contains the student's designated emergency contacts. When contacting the student, use the student's emergency phone (phone type S1), or their emergency email (email type EM1).
