STUDENT ADMISSIONS INFORMATION table

Use of data in this table is restricted to persons with access to matriculated students' admissions information. It is not part of the regular Pennant Student Data collection. To request access, see the Data Warehouse access request form for "Student Advising"

Explanation

The Student Admissions Information table contains a sub-set of admissions data about matriculated students.

Source

The warehouse ST_ADM_INFO table is refreshed in batch mode from the Operational Data Store (ODS), which gets its data from the Banner database. The ODS source tables are UPENN_ODS.SATURN_SARADAP, UPENN_ODS.FAISMGR_ROBNYUD, UPENN_ODS.SATURN_SORHSBJ, UPENN_ODS.SATURN_SPBPERS and UPENN_ODS.UP_FA_APPL_ADDTL_DATA

Cautions and notes

• Applicants who have not yet been admitted and have accepted the University's offer of admission are not in this table. Only matriculated students will have their admissions' information in ST_ADM_INFO
• Not all admissions information on matriculated students is in this table.
• Complete admissions information about matriculated students and applicants is part of a different data collection. See the Undergraduate and Graduate data collections on the Data Warehouse site.
