COURSE SECTION RESTRICTIONS on DIVISION table

Contains any registration restrictions placed on a course section in a term, based on students' division code.

The warehouse CRSE_SECT_RSTR_DIV table is refreshed in batch mode from the Operational Data Store (ODS), which gets its data from the Banner database. The UPENN_ODS source table is SATURN_SSRRCOL.

Cautions and notes

• The course section restrictions are placed on scheduled sections in a term, and may not be the same on every term.
• In Banner, divisions are referred to as "colleges" -- the relevant validation table in Banner is STVCOLL.
