Cautions and notes

  • When students who are in multiple levels enroll in course sections, the credit hours are pointed to their primary level. Once their enrollement is the course section is graded and rolled to academic history, it can be pointed to additional levels so that the course will appear, if desired and approved, on more than one of their transcripts. Note that this pointing of courses cannot happen in the current term -- it only happens after the enrollment record has moved to academic history.
