The USER_ACCESS_LIST table contains information about end-user ORG or Center-based access to administrative systems or data collections.

Common Uses
Finding the ORG(s) or Center(s) to which a user has access, for a given application or data collection.

Cautions

• Individual applications’ ORG security records are loaded to the USER_ACCESS_LIST table at the discretion of the application owners. USER_ACCESS_LIST should not be considered to be a comprehensive repository of administrative system ORG/Center access.

• USER_ACCESS_LIST is secured by center, and is available only to Access Administrators, for the center(s) in their area of responsibility. Access Administrators will be able to view data for any individuals whose home school/center is in their area of responsibility; they will also be able to see which users outside their area have access to ORGs in their area of responsibility.

• Only currently active (based on Start/End date relative to load date) are loaded, with a separate row for each center or ORG range to which the application user has access.

• The USER_ACCESS_LIST Table is stored in the DWADMIN schema in the Data Warehouse.
