Explanation
The decode table for Stipend Type. Stipend Types provide additional information about the stipend. For example, Stipend Type BENF10 is the Ben Franklin Base or 10-month stipend, whereas Stipend Type BENF12 is the Ben Franklin base plus Summer or 12-month stipend.
