GF_ACCOUNT Table

Explanation
The GF_ACCOUNT table has the chart of account (COA) information for each allocation charge (tuition, fees, health insurance, etc.)
Common Usage examples
- Find allocation charges that are associated with a specific org code.
- Show COA information related to all allocations for a specific account group.

Cautions
- The GF_ACCOUNT table does not reflect actual transactions posted to the BEN system.
- Invalid accounts can be created and saved in Grad Funding, but will not be sent to BEN for distributions. See the definition for the "Valid" column.
