Lists organization and program codes as used in the present General Ledger accounting structure (in use at Penn since July 1, 1996) and their counterparts in other systems (such as the Payroll system, and the financial system in use at Penn before July 1, 1996).

Common Uses
Finding the BEN Financials equivalent for a school/center or department code used in another system (or vice versa).

• When querying this table, be sure to specify the desired LEGACY_ORG_APP (FIMS, the facilities system; FIN, the financial system used before July 1, 1996; or PAY, the payroll system). The legacy organization code sets are similar, but a given legacy organization code may have different meanings in different legacy application systems.
• A school/center or department in another system may be represented in BEN Financials as an organization or as a program. When looking up the BEN Financials equivalent for another system's school/center or department, be sure to check both the ORGANIZATION_CODE and the PROGRAM_CODE.
