USER_LOAD Table
Explanation
Contains records of user records provisioned from Penn to Interfolio for access to the Interfolio Faculty Search (FS) and Review, Promotion & Tenure (RPT) modules.
Common Uses
- Identifying individuals associated with Interfolio records.
- Finding the PennKey for an Interfolio user.

Cautions
- Contains records for individuals provisioned via automated integration to Interfolio. Other users entered directly into Interfolio, without Penn signle sign on credentials (e.g. PennKey) may not appear in this table.
- Records for faculty members are provisioned to Interfolio if they have active faculty positions or appointments in Workday, along with a current primary work email address.
