Contains information related to the Interfolio review and approval workflows for appointment, reappointment, and promotion cases.

Common Uses

Finding the latest status information about an Interfolio RPT case, as well as basic information such as the associated unit and the candidate name.

• IFRPT_CASE contains information related to the review and approval workflows for appointment, reappointment, and promotion cases. You can refer to IFRPT_CASE_SUMMARY for supplemental information supplied on the Case Summary Form for the case.
• Once the review and approval related to a case are complete in Interfolio, the most current information about faculty positions can be found in the DWHCM.HCM_POSITION table, with data about faculty appointments found in the DWHCM.HCM_ACAD_APPOINTMENT table. Each of these tables is updated nightly from Workday.
• You can access an IFRPT_CASE row only if you are authorized to access data for the organizational unit associated with the case.
• The IFRPT_CASE table can be found in the DWFAC schema.
