Cautions
- IFFS_APPLICATION_FORM contains responses to forms associated with position applications. Depending on the structure of the particular form, responses may be free text (and can include HTML markup) or from a controlled list of values. There is one row per application, form, question, and answer.
- The IFFS_APPLICATION_EEO_V and IFFS_APPLICATION_HOW_HEARD_V views facilitate reporting and analysis specifically of the responses to the "Request for Voluntary Self-Identification" and "Where did you hear about this position?" forms, respectively.
- You can access an IFFS_APPLICATION_FORM row only if you are authorized to access data for the organizational unit associated with the position associated with the application. In addition, you can view responses to Voluntary Self-Identification race/ethnicity questions only if you are authorized to view race/ethnicity data in the Warehouse. Similarly, you can see responses to the Voluntary Self-Identification Disability and Veteran questions only if you have access to military/disability data in the Warehouse.
- The IFFS_APPLICATION_FORM table can be found in the DWFAC schema.
