Displaying the description of a work request type, category or status code. ("Don't show the codes in the report. Show the English instead.")

Cautions
- There will be one lookup table used for both Work Request and Phase status information. For the most part, codes used for the two are identical, although descriptions may vary very slightly. In Facility Focus, category and status codes may vary by type.
- The WORK_REQUEST_STATUS_CODES Table is stored in the DWFS schema in the Data Warehouse.
