Last_Refresh_Date Indexed - no Format - Date May be Null? Y	The latest date the record was refreshed in the Data Warehouse.
Proposal_Id Indexed - yes Format - Number May be Null? N	Internal Data Warehouse identification number for the proposal. Used to join this table to the CM_PROPOSAL and related CM_*_CURRENT tables, to find the proposals related to the reader in this table.
Reader_Pennkey Indexed - yes Format - Varchar2(800) May be Null? N	Pennkey of the reader who reviewed the related proposal. Note this information comes from Curriculum Management, using the pennkey of the person logged on as the reader.
Reader_Penn_Id Indexed - no Format - Varchar2(32) May be Null? Y	Penn_ID of the reader who reviewed the related proposal. This is derived via a lookup to a view sourced from PennCommunity, using the Reader_Pennkey.
